豬肉價平穩 每公斤約80元

〔記者江志雄/宜蘭報導〕春節前是豬肉需求高峰期,宜蘭肉品市場今天毛豬拍賣量八百頭,明天突破千頭,是平常兩倍半。目前全縣豬源充足,每公斤平均拍賣價約八十元,價格波動不大。

宜蘭肉品市場平時毛豬單日拍賣量四百二十頭,有半數來自外縣市;端午節、中元節及春節等三大節日的需求增加,春節前夕家家戶戶趕辦年貨,肉品市場年關前最大拍賣量落在明天,十四日降為五百多頭。

「過年到,給家人吃好料!」宜蘭市陳太太說,現宰溫體豬肉,吃起來鮮甜,口感比較好,每年除夕前一天,她都向肉攤預訂上等肉,買最好肉品,給家人團圓時一飽口福;多名肉攤業者說,連日來忙得不可開交,再累也要力拚業績好過年。

根據統計,宜蘭肉品市場毛豬交易量逐年減少,十多年前單日平均拍賣量五百多頭,五年前還有四百五十頭,現在剩下四百二十頭,雖然全國毛豬在養頭數不斷減少,現在年節高峰期,卻很少發生缺豬問題。

宜蘭肉品市場說,過去消費者偏好溫體豬肉,年節需求量大,毛豬常供不應求,各縣市陷入「搶豬大戰」,近幾年健康意識抬頭,避免大魚大肉深植人心,年輕族群不排斥冷凍豬肉,拜拜用鮮花水果取代魚肉比例增加,溫體豬肉銷售量下滑,傳統市場肉攤生意受影響,年節前夕肉品市場電宰場「挑燈夜戰」盛況不再。

肉品市場說,宜蘭春節所需豬源已經備妥,與往年相較,拍賣價格沒有太大變化,請大家放心。
