［記者劉婉君／台南報導］2年前台南0206地震發生後，成功大學測量及空間資訊學系數碼城市實驗室利用媒體及網路影片、照片，迅速製作台南永康維冠大樓倒塌後的3D立體模型，於網路分享連結，協助救防災單位掌握現場狀況，昨天深夜花蓮強震後，實驗室今天完成花蓮雲門翠堤大樓倒塌的3D立體模型，於PPT及網路公開，協助紀錄震災。
數碼城市實驗室負責人饒見有說，目前運用的影像都是YouTube或電視台等媒體與網路上的影像，解析度較差，但可以提供現場第一時間狀況，實驗室也與緊急醫療單位合作，藉由3D立體模型掌握現場狀況。
饒見有說，目前國家地震中心也有做類似的模型，未來也可運用在了解建物的結構及倒塌原因等研究上。
