保健》準備年菜很累 物理治療師教這樣做防痠痛…

〔記者王善嬿/嘉市報導〕迎接農曆新年,家家戶戶在年前採購年貨、烹調煮年菜,如姿勢不正確或肌肉耐力不足,就容易導致腰酸背痛,嘉義基督教醫院今由物理治療師示範痠痛緩解的運動,以「跨大步、縮小腹」為口訣,教民眾預防並舒緩痠痛。

嘉義基督教醫院長姚維仁表示,除買菜或者烹調煮菜時,因姿勢不正確導致肩頸、背部、腰部的痠痛,飲食也是預防疾病的重要因素,尤其年節將到,民眾更要忌口,注意飲食要少油、少鹽、少糖及高纖維。

嘉基物理治療師黃璿靜表示,民眾在買菜時容易只背提袋在同一側,導致身體左、右不平衡,易造成肩頸痠痛,而洗菜、炒菜時彎腰容易導致腰痠,她建議買菜時應兩手都提東西,並且縮小腹、挺胸提菜預防,另外炒菜跟洗菜時,可以腰背挺直、膝蓋微彎讓身體重量由腳來承擔,避免痠痛。

如因炒菜、久站手痠、腳痠,黃璿靜建議可以將雙手分別往前跟往後伸直、手掌往下壓,以及前、後腳採弓箭步等姿勢緩解痠痛。
