〔記者許國楨／台中報導〕台中市施姓男子今天（6日）中午駕駛載運多輛中古車的曳引車，沿台灣大道行駛，通過路口人行陸橋時因未注意限高標誌，載運的其中一輛小貨車超高撞上陸橋，直接翻落到車道，四腳朝天，雖未波及路人，仍造成虛驚一場。
警方說，61歲施男當時載了3輛小客車及小貨車，沿台灣大道往高速公路方向行駛，準備將這4部車載往彰化，行經河南路口人行陸橋時，限高4.6公尺標誌，也忘了曳引車加上載運的小貨車高度已超標，通過陸橋時傳出一聲巨響，原來是小貨車撞到陸橋，翻落車道！
施男發現闖禍，趕緊停車察看，驚見小貨車當街四腳朝天，所幸未波及其他過往車輛，但仍引起用路人側目，虛驚一場；警方對施男酒測值為零，依道路交通管理處罰條例第29條「汽車裝載貨物超過規定之長度、寬度、高度」，開出4500元紅單。
