〔記者王善嬿/嘉市報導〕迎接農曆春節,民眾採購年貨、烹調年菜時,如因姿勢不良或過於忙碌,易導致肌肉緊繃、肩頸及腰背痠痛,嘉義基督教醫院物理治療師黃璿靜以「跨大步、縮小腹」動作口訣,教民眾身體挺直及伸展運動,有助預防痠痛與放鬆肌肉。

嘉基院長姚維仁昨示範雙手向上舉高、雙腳輪流採弓箭步等姿勢,教民眾適時運動、伸展;他說,透過健康的飲食與運動可預防許多疾病,提醒民眾春節期間忌口,注意飲食低脂、低鹽、低糖及高纖維等原則。

黃璿靜表示,年節前,民眾易因慣用單手提重物,造成高低肩及肩頸痠痛,或因彎腰煮菜、洗碗,造成背部、腰部痠痛,建議買菜時,可兩手提重物保持平衡,如流理台太低,煮菜、洗碗時可微彎膝蓋及將腰背挺直往下蹲,讓雙腳承載身體重量預防痠痛。

伸展運動方面,包括雙腳往左、右跨大步讓腰背伸直,及左、右腳輪流做弓箭步動作,雙手分別往前、後拉直並手掌下壓伸展。
