雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處對高跟鞋教堂進行光環境打造，加入燈光秀和音樂秀。雲管處副處長洪肇昌表示，北門水晶教堂增加螺炫天幕廣場，重新打造環繞水晶教堂的水池和步道，美麗燈景已在週五至週日的下午五點起點燈三小時，並將於農曆除夕至大年初五，連續六天點燈。
進入北門遊客中心的鹽山入口意象「北門」也已完工，都是遊客拍照熱區。
