桃園市一名網友今天（1日）在臉書「爆料公社」PO出行車紀錄器畫面表示，上午11點30分開車行經中壢區中山路近延平路路口，沿中山路直行往延平路方向行駛時，與同向機車發生擦撞，當時對方機車突然竄出，闖進車道意圖被撞，原PO說，對方一下車就說我撞他，想要詐財，「我說叫警察來處理他就跑走了」，請網友多加注意。
轄區中壢派出所查證後表示，近日未接獲到類似報案，也沒有查獲類似假車禍真詐財案例，警方查看影片，機車騎士擋住汽車前方，並切入主線車道，是否為一般車禍或是想要詐財案件，仍待警方介入釐清方可認明，呼籲民眾如發生車禍未釐清事故前，最好先行報警處理，警方將迅速到場處置與釐清。
另外，警方也會依據監視錄影器畫面，通知雙方車主到所說明，釐清案情。
