〔記者沈佩瑤／台北報導〕台北市交通局今表示，目前陽明山區下雪（霰）勢已趨緩，惟巴拉卡公路仍有多處積雪結冰未融，且因巴拉卡公路沿線均無路燈照明，嚴重影響行車視線，自晚間9點後全面管制車輛進入（含掛雪鏈），至明日清晨7點日出後再依現場情況彈性管制。
大屯山自2月3日夜間起陸續降下冰霰（雪），台北市警察局為因應巴拉卡公路路面結冰，於今日凌晨4時47分再次啟動第一階段管制措施，車輛均需加掛雪鏈才能續往101甲線（巴拉卡公路）通行；仰德大道則由士林分局視車流狀況實施彈性管制。
