李來希首先在其貼文中表示，徐永明不聽員警勸阻，經網友披露，不僅不知自我檢討，還反嗆暴露個資，要媒體轉知他撤文。
李來希說，時代力量因緣際會，起始自太陽花學運，向來無視法律與制度，今天擁有了權勢，就想胡作非為。
他並說，民意代表動見觀瞻，要為民表率，都會停車違規在所難免，繳交罰款也就罷了，員警制止，離開就是了，沒什麼大不了的事，但現在還要硬拗，還要告他洩漏個資？真是扯遠了，任何人知有違法行為，都可以依法告發，
李來希最後表示，他在此正式告發立法委員徐永明先生民國106年12月17日上午十點半左右違規停車，期待中正一分局員警依法處理，本案徐永明先生如果不服，歡迎來告！
