活動並與eTV合作同步直播，同時集結台南在地風格文創、手作好物及各式小吃美食推出文創、美食市集。
台南市觀光旅遊局表示，希望由地方產業與觀光節慶活動整合行銷，促進台南西濱地方產業活絡並塑造台南夏日海PARTY之觀光旅遊亮點，呈現獨具西濱特色的夏日海洋音樂盛會。
