〈中部〉木藝包裝「原」味 文創提升部落經濟

〔記者劉濱銓/南投報導〕南投信義鄉布農族傳統飲食用山肉桂、馬告(山胡椒)、食茱萸等香料提味,再配上有「布農威而鋼」之稱的樹豆排骨湯,成為原民餐飲特色;林務局、台大實驗林為提升部落傳統作物多元利用,開發出樹豆漿、台灣原生香料,透過木藝文創包裝,提升附加價值,盼開拓傳統作物需求,提升部落經濟。

林務局、台大實驗林昨在信義鄉望鄉部落舉辦「原生特色食材品評會」,發表以樹豆製成的樹豆漿,與用原民傳統香料為基底研製的香料調味鹽,邀請部落居民前來試吃提意見,做為參考。

協助開發香料的高雄餐旅大學指出,中國、日本分別有五香粉、七味粉,盼此次透過原民香料找出屬於台灣的「原味」。

台大實驗林則說,香料包裝援引實驗林的木工資源,讓商品更具文創性,成為部落的旅遊紀念品。
